Thats how you pronunciate this

In that type of word we have 2 hiraganas  ぶ (bu); か (ka)

And also we have this small  っ  between them

In that case, this small っ doubles the consonant of the next hiragana

Don't get confused. We have つ and っ

The first one is "tsu" and the other is just a function to double the consoant
