Another youtube Japanese cooking channel I love to watch and learn from is ochikeron's cooking channel.  ochikeron dishes vary from the very simple that any budding chef can start with, to amazing dishes that can only be considered a work of art.  ochikeron is also one of the friendliest people on the internet you could imagine, she is completely tireless in her efforts to reply to any fan comment that is posted, and if you follow her facebook channel, you can see how much effort she puts into her videos, constantly working till late at night on her next creation.

 Oh, and expect to be smothered with kawaiiness :) I love this Rilakkuma Omurice recipe, though when I tried it my Rilakkuma looked very sick, hahahahaha

Just saw this new video from ochikeron.  Totoro onigiri!!!

Once again ochikeron did an amazing job on them, and it doesn't look like a difficult recipe to try either!

Just going by the look of it (on Totoro's belly), it seems like Kraft cheese slices. :)

Someday, someday.. I will make it happen!  (ノ´ヮ´)ノ*:・゚✧

I really enjoy watching Ochikeron's recipe tutorials ^.^

I made these cookies last weekend:

It was like having a bright lemonade in crunchy cookie form! I think this one is for people who love lemons... and i don't mind the tart taste myself. ^^;;

I also have a jar of this in my fridge atm (what you need to make the cookies):

This is the way to go if you want intense lemon flavour! I simply use it to flavour plain yoghurt or add a hint of lemon to drinking water. Sooo easy! :D Give it a try~~
