こんにちは

I am a beginner so my question may sound very simple,

in sentence 私の先輩たちはみんなひどい。

what is the meaning of たち, I think it has something to do with 先輩 but I couldn't figure out what?

If somebody could answer me I would be very grateful.

たち is used to pluralize the word. So it means: "All my senpais are terrible."

I should be more specific, It is used to pluralize people and some animals. Common exception is birds and rabbits which take their own counter わ. You should probably learn twenty counters, and get that out of the way.
