Comments for 汲

Is this the right way to write this? I learned it using 又 as a part in the lower portion, as opposed to a big 及

Interesting question.  I could be wrong on this, but my understanding is that this kanji was part of a group of kanji where the font was standardised for easier reading on the computer screen in 2004.  The variation using 又 「汲」is the revised version, while the variant using 及 is the original version.
