Main upper radical seems to be ⻃, not 西. ⻃ is "cover, west" (にし), according to https://kanjialive.com/214-traditional-kanji-radicals/

Interesting point. My understanding is that ⻃ is a variant of 西, so I don't think it is a problem listing them either way.

It's also interesting that the Japanese wiktionary entry lists the main radical for this character as 襾, which is also another variant of 西, but appears visually different to what you see in the character.
