It should be tsuzuku and not tsuduku.

Actually, tsuduku is correct. The づ character is the つ character with a diacritical mark which changes its pronunciation. When added to kana with the initial t sound, the dakuten () changes their initial sound to d. ず (す and a dakuten) is zu. Although it wasn't so originally, づ and ず are pronounced very similarly in modern times, but are transcribed differently in romaji. So even though 続く may be pronounced as tsuzuku, it is more correctly written as tsuduku when using romaji.
