Help with このツールは使用できなくなりました。

Here, I understood the vocabulary, but when I tried to figure out by myself the "translation" just to understand better some "rules", I got two results:

このツールは使用できなくなりました。
1: "This tool can't be used anymore"

2: "This tool is no longer available"

So, I searched online for some answers, and I found that the second one is right, but, the first one has the "same" meaning, I mean the message. If the first one is wrong, why?

thanks for attention

I don't think the first one is wrong, but it looks like このツールは使用できなくなりました and "This tool is no longer available" are set phrases in each respective language that are used in the same situation (ie they are both used in apps when some sort of tool/function has been removed).  So if you are translating you'd use the set phrase which is commonly/naturally used.  Meaning wise, the first sentence matches.
