There is an easy one originating from the tatoeba project so I don't know if it can be dealt with here:

ジャクソンさんはニューヨークから東京に最近転勤してきた。

Mr Jackson has recently transferred to Tokyo from Los Angeles.

Los Angeles should be New York...
