Analysis

立ち is the stem of the verb masu-form 立ちます meaning “to get up” or “stand up” and さえすれば means “as long as” or “if only” which usually refers to something that will be done if some condition is fulfilled. So 立ちさえすれば means “as long as I get up”. It’s formed with “the stem of a verb masu-form” and さえすれば.

チャンス means “a chance”.

は is the particle which indicates the topic of the sentence.

ある directly means “to exist” so チャンスはある means “there is a chance” or “I’ve got a chance”.
