Analysis

立ち is the stem of the verb masu-form 立ちます meaning “to get up” or “stand up” and さえすれば means “as long as” or “if only” which usually refers to something that will be done if some condition is fulfilled. So 立ちさえすれば means “as long as I get up”. It’s formed with “the stem of a verb masu-form” and さえすれば.

チャンス means “a chance”.

は is the particle which indicates the topic of the sentence.

ある directly means “to exist” so チャンスはある means “there is a chance” or “I’ve got a chance”.

Ippo’s Quote

As long as I get up, there is a chance!

Verb Stem + さえすれば (as long as, if only …)

Even if I feel depressed, I will feel better as long as I get some sleep.
If only you’d study, you could pass the exam.
The dog will become friendly only if you give him snacks.

ある (to exist)

Excuse me, are there any Japanese comic books?
This job is fulfilling but the pay is not that good.
There is no need to worry.
