Learning Kanji is my biggest challenge (and probably everyone else), and I want to ask if memorizing the Kanji stroke order and meaning is more important at the begining than how to read it?
I've started to learn Kanji and so far I'm focusing on their meaning and how to write them. Is it a mistake? Should I also try to remember how to read them?
I mean of course it's important but since there are alot of ways to read Kanji and depend on the word/sentence how to read if On or Kun after all you dont speak kanji, you read it and I think it's more important to recognize them first.
What's your thought?
