is there a difference between renshuu and undou

or renshuusuru and undousuru?

I've always understood renshuu as practice and undou as exercise.

thank you, i got confused i thought exercise had the same meaning as practice.

its already hard learning japanese through a third language because of double meanings, its even harder when you mess up english  words lol.
