Remove entries from a list

How do you remove a kanji or word from a list?

I already tried unchecking the box, but that doesn't work. When you come back to see the character or word, you will see that it remains in the list.

Unchecking all the checked boxes and refreshing the page should be fine. I just did it. "Add all to" function doesn't work, but you can always add or remove a single word.
