What is the meaning of かねて?

Like the title says, I'd like to know the meaning of かねて and its applications. Thank you very much.

Is there a sample sentence you are looking at?

Well it indicates more or less that something has happened if you mean it this way 予ねて　and it has a different meaning if it's written like this 兼ねて (both are written かねて). 

You can't really translate words directly nor should you want to as this is misleading. Japanese is a very context driven language, taking things out of context and just asking for a single word translated (or how to use it) does not work well and will definitely not help you on your way to become fluent ;-)
