As this video is intended for Japanese audiences, everything is spoken at a natural pace and can be quite fast for learners.  If you are finding it too fast to comprehend, there is some useful features in the YouTube player for playing the video at three quarter or half speed.

After watching the video a couple of times, check the vocabulary list below to help you pick up any new words you don't know. Once you have transcribed as much as you are able to, compare what you have transcribed to the script below.

シャドーイング練習|Speaking Practice

Once you have famliarised yourself with the video, practice your speaking skills by shadowing the video. Shadowing is an advanced language learning technique which improves your fluency and pronunciation so that you will sound more like a native speaker of the language when you talk. The basic process is that you repeat what is being said as soon as you hear it with as little delay as possible. You should try to mimic the intonation, speed and the rhythm of the speaker, and include any interjections that they are using. If you are finding it too fast, you can do this at three quarter speed or you can pause the video regularly to allow yourself to catch up.
