There is a special word for the "day after tomorrow". ( あさって )

Yes, Japanese has specials words for things like this. asatte is the day after tomorrow, ototoi is the other day, itotoshi is the year before last, rainen is next year, sarainen is the year after next year, saraishuu is the week after next....and so on

The "you" in "youbi"(day) is 曜 instead of 用。So, it would be 月曜日に飛行機で日本へ行きます。
