Analysis

てめぇ means “you” in a very rude way.

の 全て following a noun means “all of” or “everything about something”.

So てめぇの全て means “all of you”.

を is the particle which marks the direct object of the following verb.

壊して is the te-form of 壊す meaning “to break” or “destroy something”. This te-form is used to mean “and”.

So てめぇの全てを壊して means “destroy all of you and” or “completely destroy you and”.

俺 means “I” used by men in a manly way.

が is the particle which emphasises the subject 俺. It can be は which emphasises the following verb 勝つ meaning “win” but Yusuke used が to imply “it is ME who will win, not you”.

Yusuke Urameshi’s Quote

I will completely destroy you and win!

〜の全て (everything about, all of …)

If you read this book, you will get to know everything about bitcoin.
I want to know everything about him.
Work is not everything in your life.

Verb Te-Form (and)

I want to go to Japan and do a lot of shopping.
I had lunch with my friend and went to karaoke.
I woke up in the morning and had a shower.

が (emphasise the subject)

That person is not the culprit. I actually did it.
This is the game that I want.
This method is the most effective.
